What this website is
It describes our technology-support and consulting services. Reading it does not start a working relationship, and nothing here is a service commitment. What we actually do for you, and what we promise, is set out in the agreement we sign with you.

Using the site and the portal
Use them for lawful business purposes. Please do not try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, upload harmful files, or pretend to be someone else.
If you have a portal account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Only send us information you are allowed to share with an outside technology provider.
Other companies’ services
Some links take you to scheduling, payment, or remote-support tools run by other companies. Those tools have their own terms, and we cannot control how they operate.
Availability
We work to keep the site and portal up, but we cannot promise they will always be reachable or error-free. Response times and service guarantees come from your signed agreement, not from this website.

The text, images, and branding here belong to DefenderTech or are licensed to us. You are welcome to read and share pages; please do not copy our material for your own commercial use without asking.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
