Recognize phishing and suspicious email
The signals that separate a real message from an attempt to take your account.
Help center
- Hover the sender name to reveal the true address and check the domain character by character.
- Be suspicious of urgency, payment changes, gift cards, or a request to keep something quiet.
- Verify any banking or wire change by phone using a number you already have — never one in the email.
- If you clicked or entered credentials, open a ticket immediately and change the password from a different device.
Report the message with a ticket rather than forwarding it around the office.
